Instructions for the Participants & Parents

         

Roll Nos. From 1 to 141 – Participants’ Reporting Time is 5.00pm.

on Sunday, 10th July 2016.
Venue: TAG-P.S.-Dhakshinamurthi Auditorium,
P. S. Hr. Sec. School Premises, Mylapore. Chennai – 600004.

All the Children who have participated
in the 14th Year “Balar Chithirai Kalai Vizha”- 2016
are alone eligible to receive their
Participation Certificate / Medals / Prizes / Special Prize.

Collect your Roll No. Tag from the Reception Counter at the time of Reporting.

The Dress Code of the Foundation must be strictly adhered to
on this occasion, by the Participants, Parents, Children & *Rasikas. Those who do not abide by the same will not be allowed inside the Auditorium.

Dress Code of the Foundation

For Participants & All other Non-Participant Children:–
Boys:– Only in Kurtha, Pyjama. (No Fancy Pants, Jeans, Cargos, T. Shirt)
Girls:– upto 13 years – Only in Paavaadai, Chokka. (No Sleeveless Chokka)
Girls:– 14 years & above – Only in Paavaadai, Chokka, Dhaavani, Saree. (No Sleeveless Chokka)
Common for all Girls - Hair Style: Single Plait (no lose hair). No Fancy Bindhis.
Pottu – Only in Red colour / Min. Size: 8mm Round or Thilakam.

Parents & *Rasikas - Guests / Invitees / Relatives / Friends / Public):–
Men:– Kurtha, Pyjama, Dhoti, Pant, Shirt (No Fancy Jeans, Cargos, T. Shirt)
Women:– Only in Saree.

• Participants alone must come in person to receive their Certificate/Medal/Prize/Special Prize on Stage, only in the prescribed Dress Code of the Foundation.
• Parents / Representatives cannot receive them on Stage.

• Representative must bring Authorization Letter along with supportive evidence (Photo Copy).

• Representative will receive the same only at the end of the Programme.
• The participants must strictly adhere to the Reporting Time.
• *Absentees for the competitions are not eligible to claim the Participation Certificate/Medal.
• Organisers are not responsible for loss or theft of belongings and valuables.
• Participants & Parents are required to maintain Discipline & Cleanliness in the Venue.
• Eatables are strictly prohibited inside the Auditorium.
• Photography / Videography through Mobile / Tab / Camera / Handycam or any other mode is strictly prohibited inside the Auditorium during the Function.
• The Foundation alone holds the Right to capture Photos & Videos of the Programme.
• Only Photographs will be posted on Our Blog / Facebook. Hard Copy will not be given.
