The “Mylapore Trio” – Amarnath, Surendranath, Aparna, Secretary - Sugathan and Members of Sri Sumukhi Rajasekharan Memorial Foundation conducted the 158th “Kala Poshakam” - Monthly Concerts on Friday, 15th March, 2019 at Narada Gana Sabha, Mini Hall, Chennai. It is a Free Platform offered to all Artists of Chennai and all over India.
The programme started with a Solo Carnatic Vocal by Kum. Vidhya Raghavan, from Chennai a Disciple of Guru Shri. T.M Krishna. Accompanied by Shri. Madan Mohan on Violin, Shri. Akshay Ram on Mridangam and Shri. Venkata Subba Rao on Tampura.
This was followed with a Solo Bharatanatyam Concert by Smt. Rajeshwarri Santhanakrishnan from Chennai, Director - Nritta Tharangam Academy.
