A
Registration Fee of Rs. 100/- is charged for each Competition
& Participatory Event, Plus Rs. 50/-
towards 1 Photo (Mandatory) for each
Participant taken by the Foundation during Prize Distribution Function.
Photograph will be posted on our Blog / Facebook. Hard Copy
will not be given. Photography / Videography – Camera / Handycam by the Parents
& Rasikas are strictly prohibited inside the Auditorium, during
Competitions & Valedictory Function.
Once Registered for a
Competition, it will not be changed / altered / cancelled.
Competition Dates: 19th, 20th & 26th, 27th April, 2014. (subject to
change due to unavoidable circumstances)
Prize Distribution Function: 4th May, 2014.

The Children who have participated in the 12th Year “Balar Chithirai Kalai Vizha”- 2014
are alone eligible to receive their Participation Certificate /
Medals / Prizes.
During the Prize Distribution, only the Participant must come in
person to receive it on Stage.
There will be a final call out for the Absentees of 4th
May, 2014 to receive it on a later date.
Parents / Representatives cannot receive it on both the occasions.
