Prize Distribution Schedule of the 18th Year “Margazhi Bala Utsavam” – 2020
The Children who have participated
in the 18th Year “Margazhi Bala
Utsavam”- 2020
are alone eligible to receive their
Participation Certificate / Medals / Prizes
from 1st to 3rd February 2020
in the given Allotted Date & Time
at Narada Gana Sabha, Mini Hall (AC)
T.T.K. Road, Alwarpet, Chennai – 600 018.
Participants must Collect their Roll No. Tag
from the Reception Counter at the time of Reporting.
Participants who have Totally Absented
themselves
for their Competitions are not eligible to
claim anything.
TRADITIONAL ATTIRE
The Dress Code of the Foundation
must be strictly adhered to on this occasion,
by the Participants, Parents, Children &
*Rasikas.
Those who do not abide by the same
will not be allowed inside the Auditorium.

Boys: Only Kurtha, Pyjama (No Fancy Pants,
Jeans, Cargos, T. Shirt, Dhoti, Shirt)
Girls: Upto 8th Std. – Paavaadai,
Chokka. From 9th Std. – Paavaadai, Dhaavani, Saree.
Men: – Kurtha, Pyjama, Dhoti, Pant, Shirt (No
Fancy Jeans, Cargos, T. Shirt)
Women: – Only in Saree. (No Sleeveless Chokka /
Blouse for Girls & Women)
Common for all Girls -
Hair Style: Single Plait (No lose hair). No Fancy Bindhis.
Pottu – Only in Red
Colour / Min. Size: 8mm Round or Thilakam.
Rules &
Regulations:
· Participants alone must come in person to
receive their Certificate/Medal/Prize on Stage,
only in the prescribed Dress
Code of the Foundation, on the allotted Date & Time.
· Names of the Special Prize Winners will be
announced later.
· Parents / Representatives cannot receive them
on the occasion.
· The participants must adhere to the Reporting
Time allotted to them and must remain till the end of the Programme to receive
their respective Certificate / Medals / Prizes.
· Participants must Report to the Volunteer and
collect their respective Roll No. Tag.
· Participants who report after their respective
Reporting Time will not be allowed on Stage to receive their respective
Certificate / Medals / Prizes.
· *Total Absentees for the Competitions are not
eligible to claim the Participation Certificate/Medal.
· Organisers are not responsible for loss or theft
of belongings and valuables.
· Strictly maintain
Silence, Discipline and Decorum at the Sabha Premises.
· Strictly No Eatables
inside the Auditorium.
· Photography / Videography through Mobile / Tab
/ Camera / Handycam or any other mode
is strictly prohibited inside
the Auditorium throughout the Function.
· Photograph will be posted on Our Blog /
Facebook. Hard Copy will not be given.
